These Terms of Service govern your use of the MarketsEasy website and services operated by PrimeSource B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands.
By accessing our website and submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
MarketsEasy provides marketplace operations services through Launch Lab and Official Account Operator routes. The operating scope may include opportunity analysis, listings, localization, pricing, advertising management, order and stock flow, marketplace customer service, returns coordination, account health, and reporting. Specific services, responsibilities, and safeguards are defined in a separate operating agreement.
To use our services, you must: Be a legitimate business entity, Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, Provide accurate and complete information, Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline partnerships at our sole discretion. All information provided must be accurate and verifiable.
Launch Lab has a fixed €500 monthly operating fee. The supplier is paid the agreed net settlement price for successfully fulfilled, non-cancelled eligible quantities, plus agreed net shipping; returns and refunds are corrected in the next settlement. MarketsEasy receives marketplace revenue, handles VAT, marketplace fees, discounts, and other selling costs, and retains the remaining resale contribution. Advertising is supplier-funded and separate. Official Account Operator is charged at 6% of Net Marketplace Sales, subject to a €750 monthly minimum; the monthly charge is whichever is higher. Its first three marketplaces are included, and each marketplace from the fourth carries a €500 one-time activation fee. Net Marketplace Sales means consumer sales excluding VAT, cancellations, and refunds. The applicable operating agreement controls final pricing, settlement, tax documentation, responsibilities, and exceptional work.
The MarketsEasy and Supplyswap names, logos, and website content are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your product designs and trademarks.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketsEasy/Supplyswap shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dutch courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
